SHL alumna spotlight: Lynnsey Howard
My name is Lynnsey Howard, and I am a hospitality management graduate from East Carolina University and the School of Hospitality Leadership. Upon graduating from ECU, I started my career in my teenage years working for Choice, IHG and (at present) Hilton Hotels & Resorts.
I have spent more than six successful years with my company and more than three years as a general manager. The School of Hospitality Leadership has enabled me to transform the industry with innovative ideas, improvement in communicational skills, networking opportunities, management strategies, critical thinking, financial understanding, guest services, exceptional service, and compassion for the brand.
My degree and experience within the industry have shaped me into the professional I am today, giving myself and my team the opportunity to achieve high-quality assurance scores and recognition from the Hilton Brand for efforts with the company.
