NGO receives CMA certification

Dr. Thanh Ngo recently achieved the prestigious Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification. The CMA, awarded by the Institute of Management Accountants, is a globally recognized credential that demonstrates proficiency in financial planning, analysis, control, and decision support. In addition, Dr. Ngo has also received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations. 

Ngo is a professor of finance at the College. Her research focuses on critical areas of finance, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and international finance. NGO has authored more than 100 articles published in peer-reviewed academic journals.

She joined ECU in 2014.
