'24 SHL scholarship ceremony recap
SHL students were recognized for their scholarship awards at the annual College of Business Scholarship Ceremony recently held at the ECU Main Campus Student Center. Seventeen SHL students collectively received more than $40,000. The SHL scholarships are funded by hospitality industry partners and alumni representing all sectors of our industry.
Additionally, SHL Copeland Fellow (Maryanna Cooper) was awarded $5,000, and SHL student and business scholar Hanna Church will receive $2,000 for the next 4 years! Dr. Stephanie Bae (chair), Dr. Dr. Jolly. Khalilzadeh, and Mr. Michael Fazzini served on SHL’s scholarship committee.
