Robbie Taylor, founder of Equipment Plus TFS, addressed seniors in Dr. de Chabert Rios’s HMGT 4300/01 course on Thursday 10-6-16. This course focuses on quantity food production, including merchandising, food cost control, and equipment operation. The lab segment of this course, creates, plans, prepares and delivers a themed luncheon served in the Darden Dining Room.
