Meet the New STC Lab Manager: Adrian Scott

You might see some new and familiar faces this summer in the College’s Student Technology Center (STC).  Graduate student Adrian Scott will be familiar, but it’s her title that is new. Scott is the new STC Lab Manager.

With her role, Scott will have numerous responsibilities. She’ll oversee and manage the technicians, be responsible for making sure the help desk is staffed during business hours and runs efficiently, and interface with STC customers who use and/or have problems with the technology found in the College of Business.

The STC’s summer hours are 7:45 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.

What does Scott do when she’s not studying for her Master of Science in Accounting degree or managing the STC?

“Nothing. I have a seven-year-old son, a fiancé, two dogs and a house,” she smilingly said. “I have a full plate.”

“I wouldn’t have it any other way,” she added.
