SHL Students Volunteer at "Chef of the Carolinas" Event

Bethany Forehand, Erin Overton, and Bethany Parker, three ECU Hospitality Management majors, who are members of the ECU School of Hospitality Leadership student chapter of the Club Management Association of America (CMAA), volunteered at the Fourth Annual Chef of the Carolinas Student Fundraiser held at Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte on November 4, 2018.

Club chefs from around the Carolinas participated in this enjoyable and delectable competition and the ECU students helped to make the event a success and helped the ECU student chapter raise funds to attend the CMAA World conference in Nashville, Tennessee in February of 2019.
