SHL Faculty Recognized for Assurance of Learning Work

At the recent COB Assessment Week Dinner, selected COB faculty members received awards for their work with the COB’s Assurance of Learning (AOL) initiatives. Recognition was based on factors such as attendance at training seminars and AOL events, committee participation and leadership, and course assessments.

School of Hospitality Leadership faculty Craig Marshall and Cynthia Deale were recognized. Craig Marshall was awarded the Crystal Duck, for setting the gold standard over the past couple of years when it came to his commitment to the COB AOL process. Cynthia Deale was awarded the Pirate Duck Award for going above and beyond in assisting COB with its AOL activities. Congratulations to both!
