Justice Presents at NCBA Conference
Sharon Justice, Teaching Instructor in the COB’s Leadership and Professional Development Program, presented “Solving the Rubik’s Cube of Attracting and Retaining Talent” at the NC Bankers Association Annual Fusion Forum 2019. The presentation focused on how companies should strive to match company values and culture with the values and motivators of the job seeker just as diligently as they work to find the right technical or experience skill set.
The event was held at the Washington Duke Inn, in Durham NC and featured four learning tracks, and multiple sessions held over three days. Several hundred bankers from NC financial services institutions attended the multi-day event.
