Participating in the hospitality leadership program at ECU’s School of Hospitality Leadership has been a transformative journey that significantly contributed to my professional growth and, ultimately, paved the way for my current role as a controller with Chartwells Higher Education (HE).

The program, with its comprehensive curriculum and hands-on experiences, provided me with a robust skill set and a profound understanding of the intricacies of the hospitality industry.

One of the key aspects of the program was its focus on leadership development.
