A North Carolina native, Melissa received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from ECU. She earned a Masters of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina.

Prior to working in the College of Business as an advisor, Melissa worked in Housing and Residence Life. In her spare time she likes to cook and bake, read, craft and spend time with friends and family.
