Michael Rodriguez currently serves as an Assistant Professor at East Carolina University and as the Fellow for the Twilley Sales Academy of Sales Leadership.  He earned his doctoral degree in technology management at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ, where he won the “Outstanding Dissertation Award” for his research on CRM. His work has been published in the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Research in Interactive Marketing and Journal of Business-to-Business Marketing. He recently published a book, “Generative AI in B2B Sales: Boost Your Sales Strategy with AI Technology”.   Rodriguez also worked on Wall Street for over a decade, selling market data and trading platforms to investment banks, asset managers, and hedge funds. Highlights:

•    Published 25+ peer-reviewed articles on sales, AI, and CRM.
•    Designed and led top-ranked sales programs recognized by the Sales Education Foundation.
•    Consulted for global companies like IBM, Salesforce, and Oracle to implement cutting-edge sales strategies.
