Mrs. Michele Reisch is a Teaching Instructor in the Department of Accounting at the East Carolina University College of Business. Her primary focus has been teaching managerial accounting; however, over the course of her career, she has taught financial accounting, cost accounting, and is currently teaching fraud examination. Michel serves on the local tennis association’s board, acting as treasurer. Before entering academics, Michele worked in the healthcare industry – specifically for large corporations which owned and operated nursing home and sub-acute facilities. She is a licensed CPA. She has a BS in Business with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Mary Washington (formerly Mary Washington College). Michele also enjoys listening to audiobooks, various art projects, and playing tennis.
