Tracy Ginn is a teaching instructor in the Leadership and Professional Development Program at ECU focusing on helping students prepare for job interviews, articulating their leadership philosophy and identifying leadership qualities in themselves and others.  Prior to joining the university, Tracy spent over 20 years as an Investment Banker with J.P. Morgan, Wachovia and First Union helping companies facilitate global trade transactions. After the economic crisis in 2008, Tracy began to focus her efforts on helping suppliers of Fortune 500 companies maintain access to capital via receivables purchase programs known as supply chain finance.

Tracy has lived in Mexico, Canada, Turkey, Hong Kong, and London. She has traveled to many other countries as well and enjoys learning about other cultures. An Eastern NC native, she earned a BSBA and MBA from UNC Charlotte and lives on her family’s farm with her husband Chad and her two youngest children.
