Dr. Linda Quick is an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting and Senior Associate Dean at the East Carolina University College of Business. Her research interests include  auditor judgment and decision making and accounting education and have been published in Accounting, Organizations and Society; Journal of Accounting Literature; and Advances in Accounting Education. Her teaching focuses on financial accounting, and she is engaged in service activities including as the chair of the ECU Honors College Faculty Advisory Committee and on the Brinkley-Lane Scholars review committee. Prior to academia, she worked with KPMG as an auditor in Norfolk, VA. She is registered as a CPA in North Carolina and Virginia. She holds a PHD from the University of South Carolina and a BSBA and MSA from East Carolina University.
