GA Requests

The Graduate Programs Office coordinates GA assignments for the COB. Requests must be made every semester – fall, spring, summer 1, summer 2. The weekly Brief will also include instructions, deadlines, and the link to submit a request when the time comes.

Instructions

Please complete a request form for each Graduate Assistant position requested for each semester. Assignments will be made as quickly as possible once the deadline passes for GA applications for the relevant semester.

Deadlines for faculty GA requests

Fall: June 15

Spring: October 15

Summer 1: Feb 15

Summer 2: April 15

Important Notes:

• A separate request form is required for each semester.

• Requests should be made no more than a year in advance.

• Due to funding constraints, requests may need to be altered.

• Late requests will only be considered if funding is available.

• Questions should be sent to COB Graduate Programs (cobga@ecu.edu).

COB Grad Programs Recruiting Video
