Entrance Exam Waiver
All requests for a waiver of our entrance exam requirement are subject to committee review. We aim to return decisions to students within one week of all waiver application materials being received by our office.
For MBA or MS-STH only
Processing times are greatly reduced for applicants who are able to submit all required documents at the time of waiver application submission.
- Transcripts. Unofficial transcripts are acceptable for waiver purposes. Separate official transcripts must be submitted to the Graduate School for admissions purposes.
- Resume. The resume should be a complete employment history, indicating full-time and part-time work. Full-time work is 40 hours or more a week. Military experience counts as work experience. It is acceptable to have multiple employers/positions.
- Letter of Reference. The letter must be emailed directly from the referee and/or written on company letterhead. The letter of reference must be from a current or recent supervisor and cannot be a family member. The letter should focus on the nature of the relationship with the applicant and their suitability for advanced education. Self-employed applicants may submit a letter of reference from a long-time vendor or client who can speak to the applicant’s job functions and tenure.
