I am an assurance managing director with +15 years of public accounting experience focused on financial institutions, manufacturing and distribution companies and employee benefit plan engagements. In addition to serving on traditional financial statement audits, I have assisted clients with a number of other services including: financial institution internal audits, testing and documentation of internal controls under Sarbanes-Oxley and review of 1933 and 1934 Act SEC filings.

In making education and career decisions, I first identified the accounting profession, thinking it was largely math focused.  I quickly learned that my education provided a foundation to tackle public accounting, in which the focus is instead on client service, problem solving and project management.
